Returns Policy

Note:

According to the Ministry of Commerce regulations and in consideration of public health, consumers are not entitled to exchange or return women’s accessories after direct use.

Additionally, customized packaged gifts are not eligible for return or exchange.

If you wish to proceed with a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

Return Conditions:

Timeframe: Products can be returned within 3 days of receiving the order.

Product Condition: Must be unused, in its original condition, and include all accessories.

Shipping Costs: The customer bears all shipping costs, including return shipping.

Refund: Issued after inspecting the product. Shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Request Method: Via WhatsApp or Email.

Exchange Conditions:

Timeframe: Exchanges can be made within 3 days of receiving the order.

Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all costs, including exchange shipping.

Price Difference: Any price differences must be paid by the customer.

Exchange Process: The replacement will be sent after product and accessories are verified.

Products cannot be returned or exchanged if damaged due to misuse.

Shipping and delivery costs are non-refundable.

Customers are entitled to free return or exchange in case of a clear defect or damage.

We are not responsible for any shipment returned due to the customer’s lack of response to the shipping company.

We are not responsible for shipments not received within 15 days of dispatch. Re-shipping will require payment again.

Orders cannot be canceled after shipping. If the order is still under review, cancellation is possible.

Product sizes are clearly displayed under each item. Customers must check sizes before purchasing. The store is not responsible for mismatched selections.
